CAMILLO CATELLI
The artist who chose peace beyond war
In art, there have been individuals who lived in solitude and silence—reclusive figures, yet animated by an inner light, intensely expressed through the eloquent messages of painting and its colours. History has offered us numerous such examples, and the figure of Camillo Catelli is truly emblematic in this regard.

The Neapolitan artist, who died in 1978, lived in a world woven with poetry and great sensitivity. He was undoubtedly a distinguished representative of a universal art capable of capturing the finest expressions of humanity, nature, and landscape in their magical interweaving.
